The Cornell Project is a three-story ground-up construction single family spec build in the Old Northside neighborhood of Indianapolis — one of the city's most architecturally significant historic districts. Cohen Property Group managed the full development process from land acquisition through design and construction delivery.
The three-story footprint maximized the value of the urban lot while delivering a high-quality product suited to the neighborhood's character and buyer profile. The project was successfully sold upon completion.
